We refer to the announcements made on 20 August 2007 and 27 September 2007 in relation to the Share Premium Reduction.

We wish to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has, on 29 February 2008 made an order confirming the Share Premium Reduction.

The Share Premium Reduction shall become effective upon the lodgement of an office copy of the Court Order with Companies Commission of Malaysia.

This announcement is dated 29 February 2008.
