The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of MTDInfra ("Board") has received a letter from its holding company, MTD Capital Bhd ("MTD") today, which sets out MTD's request for the Company to be taken private via a selective capital repayment exercise under Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. A copy of the said letter is attached herewith.

The Board will deliberate on the said letter and decide on the next course of action. Accordingly, a further announcement will be made in due course.
