 We wish to inform that an Extraordinary General Meeting of MTD InfraPerdana Bhd ("the Company") will be held at its Registered Office at No. 26, Jalan 2/6, Dataran Templer, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Thursday, 27 September 2007 at 10.15 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at the same venue and day at 10.00 a.m., whichever is later. We are pleased to attach herewith the Notice of the aforesaid Meeting for your attention.
