We wish to inform that MTD InfraPerdana Bhd proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting:-

1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate For Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature;
2. Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for New Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
3. Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company

(collectively referred to as "Proposals").

A Circular to Shareholders containing information on the abovementioned Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
