On behalf of the Board of Directors of MTD InfraPerdana, we are pleased to announce that with effect from 1 August 2007, being the date of lodgement of the office copy of the order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Capital Repayment with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, the par value of the ordinary shares of MTD InfraPerdana has been reduced from RM0.60 to RM0.25.

We are also pleased to announce that the Capital Repayment has been completed with the despatch of the cheques on 10 August 2007 for the cash payment of RM0.35 per ordinary share to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of MTD InfraPerdana on 31 July 2007.
