	Subject	:	MTD INFRAPERDANA BHD ("MTD INFRAPERDANA" OR "COMPANY") CAPITAL REPAYMENT OF RM0.35 FOR EVERY ONE (1) ORDINARY SHARE OF RM0.60 EACH HELD BY SHAREHOLDERS OF MTD INFRAPERDANA VIA A REDUCTION IN THE PAR VALUE OF THE ORDINARY SHARES IN MTD INFRAPERDANA FROM RM0.60 EACH TO RM0.25 EACH ("CAPITAL REPAYMENT")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of MTD InfraPerdana, we are pleased to announce the following:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the shareholders of MTD InfraPerdana whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of MTD InfraPerdana as at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 31 July 2007, being the entitlement date for the Capital Repayment ("Entitlement Date"), will be entitled to the Capital Repayment.

Shareholders shall only qualify for the entitlement to the Capital Repayment in respect of the following:

1. securities transferred into the depositors' securities account before 4.00 p.m on the Entitlement Date of Tuesday, 31 July 2007, in respect of ordinary transfers; and
2. securities bought on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of Bursa Securities.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the cheques for the Capital Repayment are expected to be despatched to the entitled shareholders on 10 August 2007.

As the Capital Repayment does not involve any withdrawal, deposit or consolidation of the ordinary shares in MTD InfraPerdana, the trading of the ordinary shares in MTD InfraPerdana WILL NOT BE SUSPENDED for the purpose of the Capital Repayment.

The above Notice of Entitlement will be advertised in The Star on 18 July 2007.
