We refer to the announcements made on 29 January 2007, 7 March 2007 and 30 March 2007 in relation to the Capital Repayment.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MTD InfraPerdana, we are pleased to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam has, on 16 July 2007, pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965, made an order confirming the Capital Repayment. The book closure date in respect of the Capital Repayment will be announced in due course.
The Capital Repayment shall become effective as soon as an office copy of the Court Order is lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
