MTD InfraPerdana Bhd (MTD Infra) is an investment holding company involved solely as a concessionaire to provide all related toll, tunnel and other facilities. The Company was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 May 1995 before transferring to the Main Board on 22 October 2003.

MTD Infra is the second largest toll concessionaire in the country. Through wholly-owned subsidiaries, MTD Prime Sdn Bhd (MTD Prime) and Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd (Metramac), MTD Infra holds the concessions for the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK) and its extension, the East Coast Expressway 1 (ECE 1), the East-West Link Expressway (East-West Link) and the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway (KL-Seremban).

MTD Infra is a member of the MTD Group, one of Malaysia’s key infrastructure companies involved in privatised infrastructure development, construction and engineering, property development and other construction related activities.
